The outfit consists of a linen shift (a
pattern made according to the woman´s shift, 1790-1810,
Fitting and Proper) with embroidered initials, a cotton
petticoat with shoulder straps and a cotton gown made
according to the child´s gown, 1790 – 1800 (Fitting and
Proper). |
