Madona of Veveri's tiara

The tiara is made according to the decoration of the head of Virgin Maria at the picture Madona of Veveří (ca 1350). The wide brim is decorated with twisted wire on both edges, six folwers, crosses and pearls. The blooms are filled with green enamel. In the center of each flower is big white pearl and small carneolin balls around . The crosses are formed with the central round olivine cabochon and four small ametyste balls. In the gaps between particular components are small pink pearls. The tiara is made of brass and afterwards gold-plated.
