Lancknecht

   The costume is inspired by period woodcuts from 1525 to 1535 (Der Landsknecht im Spiegel Renaissaincegraphik um 1500-1540, Birgit von Seggen, Bonn 2003).
   The costume is made of wool, cotton, velvet (part of the sleeve) and brocade imitation. It is entirely hand-sewn (Jan Kvetina Tichy). The ribbons are made by a lucet method, the hose are temporarily made of cotton.
