Rococo dress – headwear, details

  The head is covered with a „hedgehog” wig with curls and the long tail at the back. At the wig there is the batiste cap and the big hat made in accordance with the drawing from French fashion plate from 1787. The hat is made of buckram, wire and red and yellow satin decorated with a rosette and ostrich feathers. The outfit is completed with the sheep fur muff decorated with a rosette made according to period fashion plates and the muslin kerchief blotted up the neckline.
