Rococo clothing
The base
of this clothing (so called habit a la francaise) from the
middle of the 18th century is a large sateen shirt with wide
sleeves and short trousers (culotte). Part of the clothing is a
vest; the front part is made of brocade, the back part is of
taffeta. The taffeta justaucorps with short sleeves is cut
according to pattern of Maurice Leloir, Historie du
Costume. The accessories are scarf, tricorn hat (borrowed from
Vendulka Lorencova Krizanova), stockings and shoes with buckle.
The shortsword is made by Petr Knize and scabbard by Ing. Vaclav
Gresak.
